Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 9abon Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 9abon reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. All games offered on the 9abon Platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) employ independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by 9abon or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
